2017 HILLCLIMB SEASON KICKS OFF

The 2017 ANICC Millers Oils Hillclimb Championship kicks off on 1st April with TSCC's Croft Hillclimb, near Holywood, Co. Down.    A capacity entry of 80 cars bodes well for the new season.

Favourite for the event is reigning Hillclimb Champion,  Christopher Houston in his OMS single seater racing car with Richard McGimpsey also likely to be in the reckoning for a win.   Other front running single seater drivers are John Donnelly, Brendan Flynn and George Stevenson.

Leading saloon car competitors will include Ivan McCullough in his mighty Nissan GTR,  Roger Gage's Maguire Mini and Gerard O'Connell's Escort RS.

Good spectator viewing points are available at the event at Creighton's Green Road, Holywood.    The action will begin at around 10.30am.   Follow the action during the day on the Northern Ireland Hillclimb Championship Facebook Page.
