2004 Circuit of Down Notice

The Circuit of Down Rally did not run in 2004.  Omagh Motor Club's Pre-Circuit Rally was not able to run on its intended date due to snow, and so ran on the date that was originally allocated to Newry and District Motor Club for their Circuit of Down.
